The Daytime Running Lights on my ’97 SHO aren’t working. I’ve checked the usual suspects: mini-fuses in the fuse panel, mega-fuse in the fuse/relay box, burnt bulbs and wrong type of bulbs, everything’s fine.
Any suggestions on what could cause this problem? My guess is it’s the DRL Module.

Q: Where is the DRL Module on this car?

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

Canadian SHO's came standard with DRL's. Mine's got them and it was a former Ministry of Transportation car.

FWIW, it's not just Canadian SHOs that got them. My '97 has them and it has always been a PA car.

Mine has them and I had to pull the fuse because they wouldn't shut off. I never liked them anyways...

Something else you might check is the parking brake switch or release. I can turn my DRL's off if I just set my parking brake one click which turns off the DRL's but leaves the Parking Brake lamp off.
Mine isn't Canadian but it came with DRL's as well.

Just pull the fuse and be done with it. I replaced mine and it died again less than 3 years later. It's a POS made by Lucas Electric of the U.K. Need I say more?
