Man. This is driving me absolutely bonkers. When I first bought this, it had the swimming pool in the spare trunk lid. I've pulled all trim out and been trying to figure out where all the water is coming from.

I have RTVed the spoiler bolts, the taillight grommets and bolts too. I've also blown out the sunroof drains and they seem to be working well too. Is there something else I've missed that needs attention? I'm about to give up and take it into a shop. I've got a YouTube video showing what Im talking about. Hopefully one of y'all can help with this because I'm at my wits end

Did you look at the weatherstripping along the window?

There's nothing obvious that I'm seeing. Have ran hands under watch the top of the trunk and trim and not felt wet or seen streaks. It's literally just on th n driver's side filling up from what almost seems like the bottom because there's no more wet trails or anything coming from up top from what I can see. Is there something I should be looking at specifically or testing?

I had this problem on my 97 SHO. The factory install had a gap in the adhesive on the rear glass. It was under warranty and required a new rear glass. It took many visits to the dealer to figure it out.

Use a hose with slow stream of water and run it around the back glass, the drain trough of the trunk opening and anywhere else you can think of. Do it with the trunk open. Get inside the trunk and close it. Have someone run water all around the outside of the glass and the trunk.

I had a leak in my trunk and it drove me nuts. But after sealing everything.
It was still leaking.
What is found.
Open the trunk and look up by the hinges and the lower corners of the rear window you will see seam sealer on the sides. That is were I found cracked seam sealer. Sealed it back up. No leaks.
Good luck on your fix.
