If ever I have seen a color fit the bill as "Burple" that Translucent Purple would be it LoL.

Volute Injection Kit from ProMeth. Increases efficiency and power by cooling the air and creates more boost pressure which steps up the compressor map a notch. Perhaps this Garrett G25-550 turbo will be more like the Garrett G25-660 up top. I bent the line on top myself and still need to drill and tap one nozzle. In the beginning of the Volute will be a 5GPH nozzle and towards the outlet will be a 10GPH nozzle using 100% methanol. There will be no pre throttle body meth injection. Just dual volute injection each turbo and direct port.

Edit: Better pics. Also contacted Rodney to see what he recommends for placement of the nozzles maybe I should do the nozzle sizes opposite. Waiting for their recommendation. Also will be using E6000 on all threads.

Got the intake manifold installed and mounted my Aeromotive boost referenced fuel pressure regulator. So this regulator will get fed from the in tank pump and feed the XDI60, then return out of the bottom back to the fuel cell. Since I done have a intercooler pipe coming over the valve covers anymore or an intake in the engine bay, I mounted the regulator off a coil pack bolt with a bracket that was supplied for meth injection volute original purchase that I no longer need. IMG 1069IMG 1068IMG 1067IMG 1070
I purchased some 3/8 caps to block off the rear water feed and return to the turbos bc I decided to reuse the hard lines as they come over the trans and then from there I’ll just add 3/8 pipe to -6AN to complete the lines to the new turbo locations. These caps are rated for 300 degrees. IMG 1071IMG 1072
Kevin should be done with my transmission next week.

Kevin has been busy at VSC and also working on starting up his own transmission shop, so it’s taken longer than expected to complete but he told me today my transmission will be done by next weekend! Fingers crossed!

In the meantime I was lucky enough to have another car to play with. I pushed my car out almost like a shell, just left it on the winch but it was fine with 4 wheel chocks. IMG 1136IMG 1133
Brought in the 2015 Mercedes Benz GLA45 AMG for some maintenance. New all gloss black front grille emblem. IMG 1159
Rear diff fluid change IMG 1142IMG 1144
Next up I painted the calipers gloss red and hats gloss black, along with added new black AMG vinyl lettersIMG 1192IMG 1204
The car came with 12mm spacers I replaced those with 25mm spacers. I then started on the transmission fluid change. With a kit from Blaue Parts, it came with both external and internal filters, gaskets, and new fill neck lock clip. IMG 1170IMG 1217IMG 1219
Found out while removing the Mishimoto intake the filter wasn’t even attached….but it’s enclosed and the turbo looked fine, however as I finished the trans service and installed everything back I fixed that and installed a new filter. IMG 1240IMG 1238
Lowered it down and got the transmission temp up to 40 Celsius and leveled it off. Next up was an oil chance with Mobil 1, 5w40, WIX filter was $30, interestingly it had this sticker under the hood. And added an engine additive IMG 1236IMG 1235IMG 1233IMG 1234
With it all lubed up time to tackle a carbon fiber diffuser. IMG 1185
The new diffuser exhaust tip openings were larger than OEM so I randomly searched FB market place for tips and came across some gloss black Chevrolet Trail Boss tips that looked like they might work. Bought them for $100 and mocked them up, added an aluminum bracket and used those angled washers from my headlight project. IMG 1247IMG 1251IMG 1252IMG 1253
it only took 1,000 times to check fitment and then it was time to remove the rear bumper and install it for real. IMG 1259IMG 1260
Then I ran the wires for the brake light up into the trunk so from there I could wire it up to the 3rd brake light parked in the driveway and take it off the lift. IMG 1262IMG 1265IMG 1241IMG 1243IMG 1268IMG 1288
In the last pick the brake light in the diffuser is tinted with a light smoke tint to match the taillights. Done for now. Bought this car last year from NC, 66k miles, AMR stage 2, catless downpipe, Mishimoto intake, H&R lowering springs with a full Matte PPF wrap over the entire car. Interior is sick too with a custom steering wheel, larger screen and OEM carbon fiber trim. IMG 9650
It’s a small SUV, really more like an STI Hatchback but German style with 7 speed DCT trans, AWD, limited slip, 2.0 Turbo has to be close to be around 380awhp so it’s fun. Just a nice cruiser and rips when you floor it. Sorry wish I had my SHO to share but I’m always working on something car related even if it’s not the Taurus lol

You never cease to amaze Andrew! If you're always working on something, but you don't have your bull, then can I roll mine up in there? Seriously, I've been sitting in a set of gen3 gh turbos for just over a year and I'm so ready to get them installed! I've also got a magnaflow cat back collecting dust, 2015+ exhaust manifolds, and epp hot pipes too add. I'll gladly offer up unlimited beer, $, home cooked food, and a whole bunch of gratitude! :-D I would add my first born child, but as that seems unlikely ATM, I'm close to offering the left family jewel lol!
