Sorry that's a new one on me what's fbo? This is with the traction control on. I can actually hit a higher top speed with the traction control off, but does more Tire slippage. Particular launch was without any chirp or tire slip at all. Any sort of indication of wheelspin even the chirp and the electronic nannies start kicking in like crazy through first gear. Traction control on or off.

From the top. Gearhead tuner pack, spark plugs, 170 thermostat and 3 bar map. Redneck dual intake. Epp hot pipes ceramic coated and noisemaker Eliminator ceramic coated. Gearhead intercooler. PPE ceramic coated catted downpipes. Xdi hpfp Evo. Water cooled PTU. Second automatic transmission cooler. S h o rear springs and MKS rear shocks, more compression dampening. S h o performance pack front struts and m k s front Springs, slightly softer better turn in. Gearhead 91 to 94 octane tune. 250 lb weight removal. MKS overly picky traction control and stability control. Whiteline rear sway bar. Ceramic coated thermostat housing separated from ceramic coated intake manifold, plus ceramic-coated coolant transfer pipe under intake manifold. 2013 up Sho brakes and master cylinder and s h o adjustable brake pedals. Jti catch can. Partridge in a pear tree if I can figure out where to bolt it on. Personal best ET was at 1900 RPM launch. Faster chirps the tires or spins.

Brakes were squealing and stopping distance was increasing, so I installed new pads + rotors. Went with drilled and slotted rotors (front) and pads from PowerStop. Ran into a small issue with the caliper guide pins and had to get new ones from advanced auto for like $8. There was a disgusting amount of gunk in the threads so I had to brake clean and run a wire brush through a few times before the installing the new guide pins. A few beers later (6), I had it installed and broken in.

Glad to have it done before Winter.

I did an oil change last night. I gave quick once-over the PPE downpipes. Make a long story short I got interrupted while tightening down the stud nuts on the turbo flanges during the installation. One of them wasn't all the way tight. Whoops, great flanges on the PPE pipes. Didn't leak it all.
On the other hand the family dog has been barking and growling ever since this guy has been hanging around the front yard... ...lol.

Took the car out today for one last run until next spring, with the track tires. It was very cool at 52 degrees. Also I forgot to turn off traction control. LOL. Regardless the tires didn't hook off the line. Still got a respectable quarter mile speed at the end of the run according to the live wire app.
Full weight, 4700 lbs.

Swapped my tires for Winter's, lubed the caliper pins and pad shims.
Found both rear tires severely worn on the inside to the point that air was visible from the outside (not really but steel threads sticking out).
Installed (finally !) the rear camber adjustment bolts I bought months ago and in the process found that the upper back control arm bushing have plenty of play in it, so now I'm looking for replacement parts...

In addition, I tried to decipher why my parking brake fully engages on the right tire but barely on the left.
The Workshop manual states "This tension pulls on the RH rear parking brake cable. At the same time, the tension in the front cable causes the RH cable conduit to attempt to straighten out, causing tension that pulls the LH rear cable."
I don't see the second part happening, by the time the right is locked, the left has barely moved. Can't find a way to adjust the left side so if anyone knows how, I'm all ears.

I installed my 87 tune about a week ago. Didn't bother checking to see what the oar was. I checked it today and it was floating around, literally, 68. Added some octane booster to the tank and it's sorted itself out. I believe the oar is affected by the octane so if you're having trouble maybe check the gas you're using. They changed over to winter gas here about 2 weeks ago.
Just thought I'd leave this here in case anyone's having trouble getting they're Gearhead tune to set to -.96.

Was yours worn to the point that there was metal to metal contact? Mine is not making any kind of noise, it just has play.

It had elongated bolt holes from the play.
