Which one should I install first, Downpipes or a Cat Back Exhaust?

Downpipe, seems Corsa catback will give you rasp with downpipes. My PPE catted will be here in 2 weeks. I already have MRT axle back with resonators due to drone issue. If I have rasp after downpipe install, I'll update and let you know mrt is as faulty for rasp with aftermarket downpipes. I've kept my stock mufflers in case of rasp issue, downpipes are for earlier spooling and torque staring at lower rpm. Best benefit.Which one should I install first, Downpipes or a Cat Back Exhaust?
CATLESS ONES LOL i live in the middle of nowhere so theres no emissions and if you do downpipes with turndowns it'll save you a ton of money on a catback....you'll need the money later for hearing aids after driving it for an extended period of time.All good points. They come with Magnaflow EPA certified catalytic converters. I would guess this is more of a CYA than anything. If the converter truly passes EPA certifications, it is legal. However, by putting this warning on their product, they cover themselves if for some reason it does not pass or you do something wrong installing it or you modify it.I was reading about the PPE downpipes thru the net and said that these downpipes is for Racing Competition only and is not legal for use in highway or street vehicles or other non-racing competition off-road vehicles. Is that true or can I use PPE on public streets or highway?
Not to hijack the thread, but when looking at PPE and Stainless Works, both catted versions, what makes up the ~$600 price difference between the two? Is there really a big difference in quality?
Wanting to see if you have after market already? Stock will look brown and rusty. Aftermarket will look smooth, stainless look.How can I tell oem from aftermarket down pipes boyz?
