Heated seats not heating

Well, that didn't fix it. Press the seat button on the display, it lights up, fans spin up for about a minute and then shut off Looks like I'll be looking under the passenger seat when it gets a bit warmer around here.

Thinking about the mirror output code, I remember noticing a few days ago that the passenger mirror puddle light isn't working. Wonder if that's related?

There was a seat heater overtemp detected, which I cleared and will see if that corrects the issue. The only other DTC is b12d8:13-2a - mirror heater output, circuit open. That comes back each time I cycle the ignition and scan. Wonder what that's about?

The b12d8:13 is a dtc for the heater around the IPMA. Thats the camera in the windshield for auto high bean and lane keeping if you have it.

The seat over temp could be realted to poor air low across the ted causing it to overheat or maybe a circuit fault for the temp sensor not reading properly, maybe a circuit fault putting too much power to the ted itself.

I'll be flipping the seat tomorrow to see if the harness is burned up like the one in the link I posted. I was wrong that the rear seat heaters were not working; they do. Just the fronts are not working. I'm going to also see what is up with the puddle light not working.

I don't have lane keeping assist but I do use the auto high beams all the time and they work fine.

Well, the harness looks fine. Not burned up at all. Kind of at a loss on what to check next. I suppose I could replace the module, but I kind of hate to spend the $ and that not be the issue.

Check fuse 28 under the hood. 30 amper. Sometimes just pulling it out and putting back in fixes the issue. Happened to me a couple times. And hopefully its not your module, ill check tasca for pricing just incase.

I kinda doubt its a module, because then it would be all of them bad at the same time

This car is bizarre... seat heaters are working fine now. Maybe the plug was just loose, somehow?
