So I have been tearing into a donor rear differential for my EV conversion. I know the same rear diff has been used on every model from flex to explorer to our cars since some where like 2009. I saw this ad on Ebay for a Eaton limited slip rear differential for a for flex. Have any of you heard about this?

interesting enough, when I search the part number listed, that eBay listing is the ONLY related response in Google...

I also can't figure out the difference between pre 2010 and post 2010 rear diffs. In the pictures, they all look exactly the same.

The flex rear diff part number is different and looks completely different in our service data base from the Explorer and the Taurus. However from year to year the flex rear diff hasn't changed at all from what I can see.
