BC Coil Overs

So my 2013 SHO went over 180k this week. I've read all you guys and gals like to put H&R springs on, but I'm pretty sure if I plan on lowering her I may as well do shocks and struts too. Anyone running these ? As I see the whole package is less than 1k may as well throw them on. Anybody have any complaints or advice?

personally not a fan. I've ridden in two customer cars with them and helped adjust the second and no matter what setting it drove like junk and had no rebound. these weren't SHOs though, but I get mixed reviews on them all the time.

If you're going to get everything, I would highly recommend AMR Engineering. I'm not a dealer, but their quality it top notch, made in the USA and has a lifetime warranty.

AMR is the route I intend to go when the time comes. Largely due to Lee here. I'd never heard of them before, but his approval of them and a little research, they look like the best option.

My stock stuff only has 45k though, so no need to rip that out yet.

I've enjoyed my Megan's since install. Of course that said, mine are the 32 position adjustable reds, which they discontinued some time ago due to lack of sales.

But I've got my eye on those AMR one's when it's time to replace the current set up.

I had Megan’s on my 2010... and I could never get them to ride the way I wanted..

The dampener adjustments are sloppy...

The install isn’t hard, but you need to drill out the front holes for the end links....

On my 2016 I went with HRs...

I have had two previous cars on BC coils. One was xtremes. I did not like the ride on either of them. Way too stuff and the xtremes were WAY too low.

I have the BC racing DS series digressive piston coilovers with swift springs on my 2015. I live in Michigan so you know what that means for road quality.

So far I have been happy, yes the ride is rougher then stock but not insane, I assume that's to be expected with any coilover/lowering setup. That being said I am more used to sports car ride quality then luxury sports sedan. I currently have the adjusters at position 7 of 15, so if I wanted to soften the ride I could.

Install was straightforward and the height drop fills the wheel well nicely. I am happy with the handling improvement on roads around town but I havent taken it to a road course to push the limits and see what I can get away with.
