Were not saying hes lying, were saying that if we test a product here, and it works, and the customer gets it back and it doesnt, then looking at the car or other factors beyond the product itself is the logical step to do. We reached out to the mechanic, and never heard back. For all we knew it was fine until these posts. The whole purpose for calling the mechanic was to go over other items to look at and aid in the repair process. We offered to test it again even though we were very thorough. Also i want to add this in as well, Noone here ever said we would not warranty the pump, even though our policy states 1 year for warranty thats just a generalized statement, there have been countless times where we have gone above and beyond the 1 year warranty and replaced things or helped out customers but for someone to say we would not warranty the pump is just completely not factual information.
