Just wanted to show everyone one of my customers cars we finished up recently that has our new v17 tune, this tune addresses many concerns customers have had in the past while not sacrificing the performance gains, as you guys can see in the video below the car still picked up great power on this latest version of our tune, if anyone still has our outdated versions please reach out for our new update as this will fix alot of that. Thansk for watching!

BUYER BEWARE. UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND EXTRA MONEY ON "THEIR" HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP, YOU WILL NOT MAKE MORE POWER SAFELY. OTHER TUNERS DO ON THE STOCK HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP WITHOUT ANY OF THE ISSUES LMS HAS. IT IS DOCUMENTED AND PROVEN TIME AND TIME AGAIN.

There are some customers who end up needing it while other cars do just fine on the stock one, mine is one of those cars that never needed it, it is still always a good idea to have it or methanol injection for higher power builds though just for added safety, better to be safe than sorry when it comes to fueling

This also was not post to generate sales, this was a post to help people who already have our products to get a better version and show it still remains powerfull

Everyone makes mistakes, it’s how you deal with them that shows your true character. LMS and Dan have shown there are much better companies to do business with. This thread is too little too late.

Not saying it doesn't. Until existing customers use V17 and report back here to us saying it is amazing, I will continue to spread the word of steering away from your company.

Did you guys figure out what other tuners were doing with the Stock HPFP and realize you were wrong? Post after post during V11 debacle your only fix was to upgrade the fuel pump. My stock HPFP on E30 tune only still makes more power than your T460 full bolt on car. It not made significantly more power and was faster at the strip. Also it was also $2400 dollars less.

Even if it’s “fixed” now they left how many people with a dangerous tune out to dry by making the decision to up sell a HPFP instead of admit there was issues with the tune for how long again? The issue isn’t the tune itself but how Dan chooses to do business that is the real concern.

To be fair.... the T460 is the following parts..

Windstorm/AIRAID Intake
Corsa Catback Exhaust
Thermostat 160F
3BAR
MyCalibrator Device
Custom Dyno Tune

And Installation of the above parts for $3254 which isn’t bad TBH....

Far from a Full Bolt On... and I’m sure these numbers where done on 93 and not E30...

We also know that the CAI and Corsa add very little... so all that power is coming from the tune. Which I suspect they leaned it out a little to get there :)

Like was previously stated... it’s how LMS conducts themselves that causes problems. Everyone messes up... it’s how they address it is how they are judged.

I have heard what happened and I sit back in confusion about the intense hate because of it. You guys must not work with tuners much. Locally I can name 3 tuning/performance shops off the top of my head that have been outright criminal to customers and haven't received this much hate. Fireball performance (yeah that fireball), for example, with their Fireball 900 Camaro. I have personally watch 3 of these pop engines. They have no warranty by the way. Or there is XP Racing who was known for over 'page up'ing multiple customer cars on the dyno resulting in catastrophic failure. They offered to fix them, for money of course.
Now, I'm not saying these behaviors are acceptable. I just figured we all knew coming to the table of tuning that no one is guaranteeing the safety of our engines. And lastly, extreme power tunes usually mean short engine life.

My E30 tune only SHO in the 108 heat, made more power safely and was faster than most full bolt on LMS cars...even the meth ones. If I paid the price of my SHO plus another $3254 and got jack stomped by a tune only car....I would be livid. It just proves you don't need all the junk they sell to make more power tune only.

Skyshadow07??? ^^^ really? So you have taken a poll and determined this is more than the usual hate/dislike? Spoken with customers with bad experiences personally? Also bc you can name shops local to you that proved your authenticity? What dog do you have in this fight? I'm curious? Have you been tuned by LMS?

Before you joined....LMS showed their true colors. There is a reason why they recieve so much hate. Here are a couple of highlights.

V11 fuel pressure problems. LMS claims the SHO is not safe on a hopped tune with the stock HPFP on 93 octane in weather below 60 degrees. They literally claim the stock HPFP is out of fuel even with a "mild" tune. This has been proven false. Numerous threads and posts here and over on Ecoboost Performance Forum between LMS, Gearhead and AJPTurbo were proven super informative. Long story short, LMS likes to run their tunes TOO FAT. They say the EB 3.5 "likes" it. LMS commanding so much fuel taxes the stock HPFP. Their tune seemed to create a problem (you decide if it was intentional) to sell their upgraded HPFP. LMS said for the tune to be "safe" you need the upgraded HPFP. This was proven when people started using SCT devices, datalogged, then uploaded LMS tunes for tuners and people like me to review. People instantly figured out the problem. This is why I always pre-face my E30 tune. My E30 tune is safe, makes more power, and pressure is stable. How did LMS fix v17? I bet they leaned it out.....logs will start showing up and we will see it.

LMS shift issues. There are threads about LMS tunes that completely scare owners because of how violent the shifts are. Numerous owners reported that literally felt like the trans was going to "knock itself" out of the vehicle.

LMS customer service. Numerous owners pulled their tunes because of how bad LMS customer service was to them. Even LMS admits they "got rid" of the bad apples after they abandoned both websites for the better part of a year.

The LMS debacle with BPD151. You can go back and read about it. There is a lot of information regarding this provided by both sides. You decide for yourself, who you would side with. Clearly we have spoken.

My personal gripe with LMS. I personally have never had a tune from them. However, I have seen their tunes, I have seen the issues with their tunes, and I have seen the stupid amount of money they charge for "their" products. I have seen their tunes under perform time and time again. LMS has always said they have a direct relationship for Ford Performance. Being in Michigan I can see that. However for years LMS was anti catch can. They even told owners they didn't need one. Then all of a sudden they bring one to the market, and they start recommending it! When asked on the forums they deferred directly to Ford Performance. LOL. They said Ford Performance reversed their stance on the CC. So of course they would too, esp if they offer a CC. Just another reversal among numerous ones in the past.
