Anyone know how to wire up some transistors or whatever the **** you have to do to get the airbag sensors off to do a clean front seat swap for some lightweight racing seats?

Not visible....as in the seats and interior are still in? Mine was 4500 with me in it. LOL!
Have to understand that a lot of this comes from my straight pipe exhaust (no cats and no mufflers), <1/4 tank of fuel, no trunk stuff, lighter wheels and I have no sunroof. Couple other odds and ends. Full factory everything my car would probably weigh every bit of 4400lbs without me in it. I don't have heated/cooled/massage seats either.

I thought you were saying 4180 with you in it. I always assume that's included. I wish the scales were working at the track I went to for the money run. I'd guess it was around 4200ish with me in it but it'd be nice to know for sure.

I did weigh mine and sitting with full interior with no trunk stuff and low fuel I was 4500. When I took my seats out and also door panels and door speakers I was 4319. Without me that's 4114. Door panels and door speakers were 30lbs.

To swap out the big heated/cooled/massage seats with lighter variance should net a good 50 + lbs or so and I would have two front seats still. Lighter battery should get me another 25-30lbs.

So then I could be looking at 4239 with me in it. So 4034 just the car with only rear seats out.

4180 without me in it with my "full interior weight reduction"

I wish there was a better understanding of weight reduction as a performance modification. Most people chase the Hp and Tq but less weight means you have less stress on parts, you stop faster, you turn easier AND you accel faster. Hp and Tq only make you accel faster.

Went 12.5x at 111.xxmph last year on a 1.9x 60ft with massive wheel hop (even with upgraded mounts) in -500 or so DA. This was on a E30 tune from AJPTurbo, and a drop-in K&N only. Looking to improve the 60ft and get rid of the darned wheel hop.

Will install the MSD coils i picked up from wSHO (thanks for the amazing deal!) and run with the traction control on this time (as was recommended by guys way faster than me). Cecil County Dragway re-opens on march 6th... I will be there for sure.

My goal is to beat my buddy in his H/C 2009 G8 GT (12.2x at 112.xxmph)... I want to go 12.2x - .01!

It's true. There's truth behind traction control ON. Completely counter intuitive.....I recommend trying this before the track, just to verify it will help you. But just from the sounds of it, all your spinning and wheel hop is making you slower. It should help you. I've never had traction control ON at the track but I will this season coming up. I tried it with Draggy....I put down a faster 0-60 time and 1/8 mile with it on.

Up until this car, I've always raced RWD vehicles. For best results with that kind of drivetrain, it's always been traction control off + drag radials = best times. I guess I have to relearn everything with this platform.
