Es Aich Oh!
First off, my most sincere gratitude to @SM105K I will be forever thankful to you for taking on the journey to personally deliver me your SHO. You have no idea how much I appreciate it. Phoenix, all the way to M’s new home in northwest Indiana. Easton, it was great getting the chance to meet you.
So, how did I end up here? Long sorted story short my beloved 2014 SHO had succumb to the dreaded timing chain stretch at 106k miles on the dot. Despite my best attempts I was in no position physically to take on the job due to an injury or financially, mostly due to the injury, to pay to have it done. In my frustration I made the regretful decision to let her go. Instantly I regretted it, and though I tried to fool myself into believing I was over the SHO, I was not.
Enter the Strongman.
I knew I’d never get my car back but when the opportunity presented itself to own another not only near equally moded, the same color and a car that I’ve known for six years with legendary documentation, I jumped all over it.
I likened it to getting an X-girlfriend back that I never really got over except now she’s dressed a little nicer. Sure, I hate her sometimes for her shortcomings, but….
Enter, M
M will not be retired but with any luck will live out her glory years on the farm. I will continue the rigorous maintenance schedule she’s accustom to and plan to keep her at her new home for many years to come.
