Looks like you got the OEM one, what part number did you use? I ordered one off eBay which was NOT oem and fit horribly. The passenger side vent actually melted to the downpipe and it's much thinner than stock so the oem hardware is sloppy and vibrates loose quite frequently.

Rockauto had the cheapest shipping rate ($10) and second cheapest price - plus I had a 5% coupon to use up.

The part # I used is DA8Z9910494B

Do not buy the cheap one it's super flimsy OEM is worth the money. I'm curious about the temp difference I did this last year to combat ptu failure but I'm a non pp so no temp sensor

yea I'm pretty sure I have the $20 one currently (got off eBay last year) and like I said above it melted to the downpipe at one point and comes loose quite frequently since it's thinner than stock. I need to either pony up for OEM or add washers to take up the slack.

I just got my car back from the shop on Friday then turned around and left for a quick weekend trip to Michigan.

I plan to install the undertray tonight and will go out for a drive to get some data for you guys!

So far, testing in 29 degree Ohio weather, I’ve put on over 100 miles today and the PTU will not get over 149. My trans temps have been in the range of 3-12 degrees WARMER which is an absolute first for me as my PTU has always been warmer.

For those that are wondering, I do run a 170 tstat and coolant has been between 179-184 most of the time.

Even with the perf pack having a PTU cooler, you still see higher PTU temps like that?

Lee, the PID I’m looking at is 22070d

The equation I’m using is:
((signed(A)*256)+B)*(9/8)+320)/10

As far as temps go with the factory belly pan, I cannot give accurate data as I haven’t had it in 29 degree weather yet before yesterday. All I know is the the PTU temps have ALWAYS been higher than the trans temps

My brother can get me the OE flex belly pan for $120. I think I'm going to go for it.

I can, can't guarantee you'll see it quickly. He works at a dealer in San Antonio.
