Does anyone use it? Had car for couple weeks now and just tried it and it gets stuck on the carpeted cardboard that the Sony speaker is in. I just push down on the carpet and it will work. Any easy fixes for this as it doesn't seem important enough to go back to dealer for.

I'm gonna try to hold it out of the way somehow from the underneath once it gets above 12* out.

I haven't had the issue nore do I use it I thought it was cool idea but since tinted it really serves no purpose but extra weight so I plan to remove it one day
Here is how mine looks curious of there is something different that is making it hang up

I have an 18 as well and its working so far. Thank goodness for warranty. Perhaps this is why the feature was removed in 2019.

The portion of the rear carpeted deck near the opening Is only held on with Velcro.
You may be able to reapply stronger velcro to keep it down.

Awesome glock! I was hoping to get it done without going to the dealer. I'll try it in the morning.

You can use like 36 grit sandpaper and open the hole up a little once the panel is out. Don’t be too alarmed when you rip the gray foam hook shaped pieces off when you take the rear deck out. They come off every time I remove mine, and I’ve had it out a few times. Lol Hot glue fixes them easily, though. You might be able to pry it up enough to check the velcro without totally removing, but if you do have to remove, keep in mind you need to remove the entire rear seat, seat back bolsters, and the C pillar trim to get the rear deck carpeted cover out. The clips on the C pillar trim always stay in the sockets too. You have to remove them after with needle nose pliers and bend everything back into shape before you can put the trim back. If there’s even a chance you might put aftermarket subs in someday, I’d deaden the rear deck from the top too. It makes a huge difference. My shade rattled like **** before when the bass hit. It only rattles a tiny bit in the most obnoxious rap songs now after covering the whole deck area with Stinger roadkill.
