Sad news SHO is down

Warranty? I've had the tune on my 2016 since 2,000 miles. Service manager at the dealership asked me how long it would take before I changed the tune - they know me well from all of my Mustangs.

OK I have to ask because I just dont understand. You quote a post that states he has 70k miles on a tuned car and then you state "Talk to me when you have 70k on the tune". Am I missing something here.

He said he has been tuned by LMS for the last 15k miles. I assumed he was not tuned before. Maybe a bad assumption.

I have 70k miles on the car, but have only been tuned for the last 15k miles. Jeff wants me to report back when I put 70k miles total on it while tuned. That'll be about 2.5 years from now and I'll happily report back.

Jeff - I run LMS's most aggressive tune available for the SHO/MKS and I do WOT blasts daily. I have 0 concerns about anything going and if it does, I'll fix it. You can run a less aggressive tune to put your fears at ease if you choose. You can run a stock styled tune that only improves the shifting which alone makes the tune worth it. As mentioned, whenever you finally get a tune you'll wish you did it sooner, I promise.

LMS make some kickass tunes for these cars, really wakes this engine up! I bought my 2010 with 69k miles. Have been running their 91 tune since then, with no other mods. Currently have 89k miles on it, no issues besides my grin!
