Looking to get a set for my 93 mtx since that's about all left out there these days short of used stuff. Anyone know how low these things sit compared to Eibachs? Any pics with them installed would be awesome. I'm wondering if I should cut them or not.

TIA

They are closer to the Intrax springs. They will be lower then Eibachs and slightly stiffer.

I have them. I will post a pic tomorrow, but I can say the difference between them and wore out stock springs and struts. They're great on pavement and handle very predictably. However on rough dirt roads they can be a little jarring but for some twisty roads or the highway they handle as well as I could have ever imagined. I recommend the adjustable end links while you're there. Worth it. My car handles exponentially better and that's with just the rear rebuilt.

Awesome! I appreciate you taking the time. I'm not worried about the ride harshness, my sho on Eibachs with Koni's on max stiff rides better than any other vehicle I own haha, so no big deal it if stiffins up. I'm on 16's so I think the tire absorbs a lot of my NVH. I'm just worried about where they'll sit height wise. I was happy with my ride height with Eibachs and 1 cut coil, but I'm not sure how much my Eibachs have sagged over the years. My fear is putting these in and it actually raising my car. I also don't want the saggy ass look, and with a CF hood and being an MTX there's less up front to lower it down.

I have not yet installed them in the front so I can't speak for overall stance, but my car sits much better than it did before. I'll take a photo tomorrow.

Ahhh when do you plan on doing fronts? I'd love to see how it sits with all 4 in and settled. I don't plan on getting them anytime real soon anyway. May be a month or 2 before I order them. I have a million other issues to sort out first. Big surprise... haha. But even seeing the rear is a help. Is your car an MTX or ATX?

My car is a 95 mtx. I have plenty of issues myself, but my car handled like a pogo stick/ unicycle before. And it was refreshing to do my suspension compared to some of the other stuff lol. My interior is covered in glued shag velour carpet stuff. When I say covered I mean covered every inch. Enough to drive any interior part source nuts lol but its been a fun ride so far and I'm not buying a new car so I don't mind. Next is the radiator. Then I may do the front end.

Yeah I haven't had an interior in my car for years. Haha. There's no reason to put it back in until I sort out all my other issues. Just makes it easier to work without an interior.

I had a new set up B&Gs, and a new set of Tockicos, and I parked next to Ryan Pasch's low mileage 89. Not as much of a drop as Eibachs I've had in the past. I'm the white 89:

Ron- How did you like the B&G springs? I just got 17s for my 89 and don't like the huge gap between the tire and front wheel wells.

They were fine. Not overly stiff. I preferred the Eibachs I have had in the past, but they aren't available anymore.

My biggest question is if they are too low? Im just looking for something to make my sho have a meaner stance, but I also dont like having to take speed bumps at an angle. Ron you wouldnt happen to have a side shot would you?

i have a set in my 94 gl. i didnt find them that stiff tho maybe different when in the sho? i will probably be putting them in. to the left my 94 with the b&g stock 15s. and left stock 16 slicer powdercoated on my 93 sho. im sure with 16s the 94 would have less gap.

I have not had a problem with speed bumps you will check curbs if you park too close though. Not bad but a little.
