Hello, everyone I'm new to the forum. I have a 95 sho the idle surges up and down to the point where the car cuts off. I also pretty much can't drive it like that. But when I pull the vacuum hose that leads to the charcoal canister it runs fine. I have changed my tps and idle speed motor . Nothings changed . And if anyone know a shop in Detroit, Michigan area that can work on it please let me know . Thanks

the vac hose to the charcoal canister is notorious for rotting out due to the exposure to gas fumes (and liquid fuel occasionally) over the 20ish years of its life, so I would start by replacing all the rotten vac hose in that area.

I have also bought brand new iac valves that were sticky right out of the box, so the fact that the iac is relatively new does not mean its good.

I appreciate the help. I will give it a try and see what happens. Thanks

X2, I bought a new IAC last year and it was bad right out the box. I swapped it in the parking lot so all I had to do was walk back into the store and get a different one. Second one cured my problem.
