As I spend more time investigating this car ( don't own yet ) I have a couple questions from the members here. One is performance / maintenance related and the other is worst case scenario engine compatibility.
1. I see some information on carbon buildup on the backs of the intake valves on all EB motors, something not uncommon for DI motors. Have there been any reports from users of meth injection systems that this setup has cleaned their intake ports and the backs of their valves?
2. Worst case scenario you blow the motor in an SHO. Is a F150 salvage motor an option, and if so, to what extent? Just the long block or short block or what? Any difference in the turbos or induction whatsoever between the F150 and the SHO EB motors?
TIA
