What does everyone use to seal around your front door speakers? There is a huge gap and the foam that was part of the factory setup just disintegrates (or at least mine did).

Some adhesive foam from the hardware store? That's what I used to replace the foam around the intake air box.
well, it hopefully does keep the plastic door panel from rattling against the speaker.
The old Taurus doors have got to be among the worst when it comes to mounting speakers. I've covered the gap with sound deadening (Dynomat, etc.) Probably not very effective, but better than nothing I guess.
I hate doors or anything else in the car that rattles! Seems everytime I fix a rattle, another one comes up.
Foam works well, just tape it around the speaker really good and you'll be ok. But might as well replace the door panel push pins so the panel can be set flush to the door.
