As some must might know i recently spun a rod bearing in my 3.0 which now gives me a reason to swap in my 3.2. My question is should i go ahead and pull the cams out and everything to do valve stem seals. Ill give you a little background on the motor. Its been sitting for 2 1/2 - 3 years..2 or 2 1/2 of those years inside a building outside of the elements. the onther 6 months or so it has been covered up outside in a car port. The motor has a new timing belt, new cam seals, new rb, new mb, new oil pump and 3.0 cams. cams being installed by mark nunnaly the PO. I am aware of the ATF treatment but to my understanding the valve stem seals like to get brittle after sitting for awhile and i am not sure if they could be saved or might not give me problems.
