You have gone this far, so I am guessing your going to change the serp. belt. I had the same problem with mine as with all of us here. Take the old belt and wrap it arond the crank pulley 2 times, then take it around the a/c pulley and up to the Alt. Go arond the Alt pulley and back down to the a/c but this time go under the belt that is already there. Doing this will cause the belt to tighten on itself while you take everything you got to push the breaker bar and the 3 ft bar attached to it to break the bolt loose. I wish I had take picts while I did it but I too was at a point of frustration and was trying everything I could think of to get the damn bolt out. But as we all know every situation is different and this way worked for me, also be prepared for when the bolt "POPS" and belive me it well make some noise, dont faceplant into the engine.
