well you need a clutch to hold. My stock motor race great on boost because I had all the maintenance done.

Do it right and the stock motor if if doesn't have any problems will run like a scalded ape.

If you're just trying to get to 450hp dont' worry about blowing up trannys; you only need those if you drive it.
