Help, tail lights and dash lights out

It's a 98. The tail lights and dash lights are out, all fuses and bulbs are good. Brake and Head lights work. Please help, thanks.

Double check the fuses, under the dash and under the hood. Check for relays maybe too. It's too coincidental that they are all out. Is your dimmer turned down on the dash maybe? Did it just happen all the sudden?? This seems very odd indeed though.

all fuses and dimmer checked. There are no relays for tail and dash lights.
