Anyone ever use a smaller alternator pulley?

I really doubt that will happen, I have a SHO Source under drive crank pulley so all accessories are already spinning slower so I figure with a smaller alternator pulley it should be close to stock.

Was not aware you had an underdrive pulley. I retract my previous statements.

I would rather run against another SHO plus this is my first time at the drag strip so I doubt I will do all that great but then again I can't see how I could mess up launching an ATX.

SHO Source said sometimes it's a little tricky getting the idle right where you want it. I asked for it to be around 950 and right now it's around 700-800 RPM. They told me to send it back and they will bump it up a little.

Tricky? You enter a number in (I've played with, and at one time had a copy of the LPM software), and after you put in your chip, do an idle reset. If it's not going up, then it may have not been burned properly, or there may be something wrong with that chip.

Launching an ATX is harder than it looks.
