Black is just easier. The other color schemes take to much work, gotta lay out the dot pattern or rainbow pattern. And polishing them would take just too long, besides, cast iron doesn't polish that well, at least if that is what it is made out of. Just too much work. :swing: :) Brown is too poopy looking... funny stuff, guys.

I think a brown would look nice......

with green spots

Since everyone is talking about some 'good' colors, I will chime in as well.

Paint them rainbow.

polish them

Like turd brown?:naughty:

Spend most of your time in prepping them, then use a high quality caliper or heat paint on them.

very nice!

that stuff would do wonders on a subframe

As a matter of fact, I used it there, also. The stuff works EXTREMELY well on rusted parts. So far, in my experience, this coating is incredibly durable. And a little goes a long way.

Here is the website. I have been unable to locate a local source; http://www.por15.com/

I purchased the six pack of small cans. When I first discovered this coating I bought a larger can but I found out that it tends to have a very short shelf life after it's been opened the first time. I ended up throwing over half of it away because it hardened in the can.

If you are attending the convention we will be driving our 94 that sports the hubs that are in the picture. You are welcome to check it out to see for yourself how well it performs.
