I'm gonna go look at some now. If they're cheap enough I'll just buy some, otherwise I might take you up on that.

In other news, I picked up a FastLane transponder last week, but it sounds like I got it too late for me to use it out of state on the drive out there. I'll be able to use it in Mass on Thursday, but there's another 3-day waiting period after that for out-of-state use which puts me at Tuesday.

Guess I'll be playing catch-up once we hit the tolls.

Meh, I wouldn't worry about it. As long as your plate is associated with your transponder, you'll be fine.

That bites, I got an I-pass (Illinois) right before last years convention and it was good to go in all states right away.

Agreed. Anyway, there's only the tolls in NY you need to worry about since there is no transponder system in OH...

Ohio was supposed to be on the transponder system as of last fall, so they should be now unless they had some delays with it?

Oh well. Sorry, Matt.

And it would be nice for Illinois to tell you that their system ties in with the others. Heading out to Tony's BBQ, I see the toll signs and pull up into the cash lane digging for change and the toll-taker is looking at me like I have 3 heads.

I'll be paying cash for tolls. Never wanted a transponder of that type . . . .

Would anyone (Kirk?) have room for a car door on the way back . . . . or possibly one or two race tires/wheels . . .

cam sensor on the way out in my car (sigh). At least the front strut upgrade got rid of most of the Koni sharp bump effect.
