The registration forms for Convention #19, Dearborn MI are now on the club website.

Check it out right near the top of the page here:

http://www.shoclub.com

We have added a 1/2 day on Friday because there is so much to see and do in Ford's home city.

We have a great hotel that is pulling out all the stops for us, and at a great price. We have a fun track day, and some cooperation from Ford on events at their facilities. Not everything is ready to announce, but you can get registered and start making your plans.

Hope to see everyone in Dearborn to celebrate the New SHO and the best American auto manufacturer!

Don this will be my first convention and I cannot wait to meet you and thank you for all that you do for the SHO Community...I can't afford to do all the fun stuff with my SHO, but I will at least be attending and finally seeing what everyone else is saying that I'm missing out on!

Vnuk1,

Glad you can make it. Things like the track event aren't for everyone, but there is plenty to do every day without spending anything. Try to do the Greenfield Village/The Henry Ford Museum if you haven't been there before, we have a good discount price, and it is simply amazing.

I look forward to meeting you, the event is about you and the other SHO enthusiasts and friends, no matter what they drive!

I remember in '95 we had a fun run that took us through some pretty scenery and Ford's finest buildings. Anyway to get your hands on that to do it again?

We didn't have a track event for that one but did have an autocross and it was still a blast. Twas my first Convention...

You will not regret it Vnuk! As far as the track day, hit me up for a ride along. Many times, the track will allow passengers other than instructors in the advanced grouip. EDIT: And yes James, I will be in the advanced group, stop laughing!

I don't know if I'll do the track day. My cars get bigger and the tracks get smaller...

I might just see if I can instruct or ride along this year...

Your welcome to ride with me. I wouldn't mind some instruction as well. I am always open to new tips and ideas.

I have a LOT of things to do when I get back from my deployment. One of them involves getting a house. If I do go, It will be last minute.

Yeah, give it a couple years. Sam will be content being Al Bundy, sitting at home with his hands in his pants as Ashley runs out with the SHOs making meets and Conventions and track days...

Yeah, You are right! I'll drop everything I'm doing after coming back from my deployment to make the SHO convention!

Give me a break.
