yes it is wet. comes with a fitting for the fuel rail to supply the fuel to the fogger.

wow your running a wet kit in the tb on a SHO? did you ever have a engine blow up yet ?

not trying to kick your ad but that setup is said to puddle up the fuel in the runners and blow the engine.
