bob .... thanks for the video. Well done ... A couple of other questions. Does the sunroof have any issues ... ie .. wind noise or water leaks ?

it looks like you have the old fashioned rod cables for the clutch ... Is a rod shifter installed and with the exhaust underside ... would there be any issues for a rod shifter to be installed .. the only way to shift !

I assume the boost, oil pressure and temp gauge work well ? couldnt see if they were moving. Does the car eat oil .... and when you did the blower modifications did you do any work to the motor .. ie new rod bearings ... or different pistons .. etc ...
Thanks !

Sunroof: Works fine, but have to blow out the drain tubes at least once a year, or you get a dump of water on your head when it rains.

Shifter: It's the original cable shifter. I've never had any problem with it, but I'm not doing any speed shifting. It's a bit of an eccentric shifter (long handle, long throw) but I like it. Don't know it the rod shifter conversion would be a problem, or not.

Gauges all work .... but lately the boost gauge only works when its warm in the car. I think there is probably a micro-crack in a circuit, so when its cold nothing. That's recent.

Car doesn't leak oil. I add a little once in a while - nothing significant. It still has very good compression. Engine braking downhill it pulls 24 inches of vacuum. Gets 25 mpg if you don't push it.

Motor is all stock internals.

I still like the car a lot Jason ... I have my eye on another car and don't have room in the driveway. However, if it doesn't sell, I'll just keep driving it.
