Whew! July already.

I'm going to be tinkering with my driveway SHO over the next month, so anyone who wants see what's up, give me a heads up a couple of days in advance and come on over.

Also, I was thinking of doing another drive in July. How does doing a circle route from my place up the North side of the Fraser to Hope and back sound? That way, people can join and leave when we pass through close to where they live. Maybe stop in Hope and Chilliwack for refreshments? Our own little mini-caravan in honour of the Convention.

and.... woops! looks like i'm out for July as well. haha. I only had the first 2 weekends free, unless something happens in the late morning/afternoon of the 19th. So, anything on the 19th, I'm good.

Sorry Alex. Looks like this Sunday (12th) is going to be the best date for me, but either the 25th or 26th would work too.

Throwing some temp. insurance on the car for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Still interested in doing a mini road trip on Sunday. Any takers?

Getting a complex yet?

I get those brakes today. So my weekend is mapped out. 13" on Bull, 12" on the Super Coupe....

And one of my hollow cats has a loose heat sheild so I'm going to have to deal with that too. Annoying RPM related rattle. 1700 and 3200. I don't want to take my Y Pipe off to get it welded properly so I'm going to make do with a large hose clamp for now.

Have fun! Glad to hear you got all your kibbles & bits.

I had to "McGuyver" my old original Y Pipe too; that'll keep it quiet.

It's not the original y pipe. It's a SHO Shop SS High Flo model. But those are the cats that cooked themselves and killed my original engine which necessitated my first trip to see Dr Mike.

The cats are hollow now and there only for appearances.

But those pesky heat shields keep cracking and rattling.

Sorry to say that it is not happening; for me anyway...

The recreational property that I own in Washington State is having an emergency Special General Meeting on Saturday. Six of the nine board members quit over alleged election impropriety and the membership has been asked to vote!?! on a special resolution in the bylaws regarding absentee ballots. *whew*. And all I want to do is go there and relax...
