sho2see are you gonna do something with the sideskirts or the rear bumper?

Ya I well have too.... As the bumper is lower than the side skirts by about 1 inch. Not to sure on the rear bumper.... I have been looking at a lot of other cars for donor parts... just haven't seen what I'm looking for yet.

I just finished filling the right side at the graft location and started Fabian up the lower part to extend the RS bumper back to the factory bumper
Not much time to work on it tonight. going out later so I needed to clean up

If it were me, which it's not, I'd fill in the holes for the lights and brake ducts on the corners, graft in a something or other to seperate that gaping maw in front into two different holes similar to the gen III, then cut out the ford badge and do the same thing in the top hole with some nice metal mesh behind it. After that, i'd do some garden edging side skirts and build a rear bumper that incorporated holes for the tailpipes so the whole thing flowed together.

Just my $.02. And mad props on the custom work, holmes! :thumb:

Once painted, I can see it looking a lot better. Maybe someone can photoshop it?
Ya right now the colors of the graft epoxy pop out not showing the true body lines. We have made and installed the extensions for the lower half bottom on Saturday. Wow did that help out.

I like some of those thoughts...
I was thinking of adding the upper part of the stock SHO fascia to the bottom.
The part that sits between the head lights with the Ford badge. Invert it and install it centered with the upper in the lower mouth. I need to do something there just not sure what yet.......

OK updated pics...... Finished the lower bottom at the tire

Heres the side view of the graft showing the shorter lenght....... About 2.5 inch total removed

Front side view. I hope it shows a better flow as the graft moves on.

upper front view. I hope this show the graft location of the stock bumper. I think this works well with the car.

all in all its coming along slowly.... Still need to add something to the lower front openning.... Not sure what I'm doing there.
It may be some time before I have time to work on this again. hope everyone enjoys the pics
Thanks AVERY

It's looking great! I can't wait to see it painted and everything matching. With all the work you've put in, it should look very clean and neat. Then comes the question, what's it like at speed?:salute:

Can't say that I'm a fan of the bumper but you definitely get props for originality. I can't wait to see it finished.
