That makes 18 so far 9 members though...... We need a time to tell Beth so they can make this happen!!

We're able to provide 20 free tickets for Sunday, March 22nd. Do you think that will work? I'd like to get the group to arrive at the same time and we will provide a Ford representative to give some brief remarks on the vehicles.

The auto show is open from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. What time do you think would work well for the club members? Let me know what you think and I'll get everything set up.

EDIT; Also we need everyones REAL names so they can verify us at the gate.

I need the info as soon as possible. I'll need to supply her with your names, the approximate number of people attending and a time of arrival. Obviously, everyone should show up at the same time and be let in as a group. I doubt that the Ford rep is going to want to run to the gate every 20 minutes to let folks in, they have other jobs that they need to take care of, so you guys really need to firm up a time of arrival and make a point to be there at that time or before.

Also just finding out from some guys at work that much will be open for exhibit wise until after 2pm. So lets go for meeting up at 1pm and get to the gate at 2pm. But I agree with Ty, Joe sets up a lot of meets for us so lets work with him and see what time works, they are open until 7pm that night so we have the time.

Pretty sure we can get this going before 1pm that is getting a little late in the day. Joe said he should be home from work at about 9am and is a 45 minute drive to where we will be meeting. So 11am should be enough time for us all to get to Ridgedale if I'm not mistaken.

I feel that the tickets should go to SHO club members first, then family members second, then friends of SHO club members last.

I agree 100%. and that is only 9 Members so far.....

That's sounds like 7-8 are good w/2p at the gate. Laters is also good w/me, but def don't want to be later than 3p. That leaves 4 hrs, most won't need more than 3-4hrs to cover everything they want/need to, but don't want to cut it any closer than that.
