Hello everyone hope all is safe and well? I was hearing that Ford is changing coolants again. There is a better coolant for our cars (yellow) now. Anybody using already or gonna try using it. It can be used ah what do they say backwards as well, can be mixed with the orange and I think the dark green special coolant for some other fords. Say obviously better to flush and use all yellow. Can cause some reaction unless used with distilled water. Not sure with all the tech details. Just reaching out to find what yous are thinking. Getting ready for the season getting all fluids ready. Take care peoples !

The yellow and orange can be mixed and the yellow is better on the water pump, and it better with anti corrosion. Do a search, we been through this plenty of times with lots of good info on other threads

Tons of threads on this already. This change was made, I think, a few years ago, so it's been a minute. Yellow now has a phosphate added so it's actually quite a bit better. It is compatible with the orange. However, I've always preferred doing a complete flush when changing coolants, but not needed.
