I was using my OBD scan tool today. I ran a couple scans of different systems. The scans turned up that the Yaw sensor was not communicating. I've had no warning lights. Matt did note that it didn't look like my torque coupler on the RDU was not engaging properly.
Where the heck is the yaw sensor located so I can check it out?
The reason I was running the scans was because the secondary wire coming away from the battery has a fuse installed. I assume they replaced a fusible link. That fuse was blown. I was trying to locate what that fuse powered?

If I remember correctly, you have a 2010 MKS? Looking at the wiring diagram, there is a 100A inline fuse that goes to the Power Steering Control Module. There are 2 fusible links (8ga red) that go to the generator. A line to the Smart Junction Box and a line to the Battery Junction Box.

Yaw rate comes from the Restraints Control Module. If the ABS module gets a signal that is out of range from the RCM or doesn't match other sensors, it will set this code. Looks like checking a lot of wiring for the CAN network, or checking RCM terminating resistor. Outside of that, it is a bad or improperly mounted module.
