Y-Pipe gaskets ?

I need to replace my oil pan gaskets and I have read you need to drop the y-pipe to do it. Are there gaskets between the manifold or the exhaust pipe that need to be replaced when I do this ?

Just from the y-pipe to catback. You can get them from any autostore for cheap.
