How do you get those 2 bolts off? (where the ypipe goes into one pipe). I tried an air impact wrench with "liquid wrench" to help loosen it, and it didn't even budge it
Is there any solutions to this?

Keep using penetrant like PB blaster and let it soak in for several sessions. Last resort is to put a torch on it.

Its also helpful to clean the exposed threads with a wire wheel instead of forcing the nut to plow thru all the rust and crap..

pb blaster is da'shit. spray it on a few days in a row, then hit it with a torch if it still don't wanna come. Actually, you could just twist them off and replace the bolts. I did that at the manifold end (not recommended).

When I got mine off I had to add another 8 inches to my wrench, put my foot on the pipe and pull like ****. It was not easy but I got them off. Just apply a lot of torque. The worst you can do is twist off the bolt. Then just replace it. Its not a stud.
