There is a gasket but for the same price you can get the brass looking High temp silicon that works just as good :thumb:

PART NUMBERS

Exhaust ****** Doughtnut Gasket: Fel Pro 60641
Exhaust ****** Bolt and Spring Kit: Fel Pro ES72142

I could not find it on AUtozones site though, so they MAY not carry it. Although I would think they could at least get it since they carry other Fel Pro gaskets.

I havent been able to find it at AZ or advanced auto... they only seem to carry the SLO gaskets. Napa has em though. $10.49 I think.

I can get both the studs and the gasket at Checker Auto Parts in stock. I believe Checker Auto Parts is the equivalent of Schucks/Pep Boys

The bolts/ nuts are actually STUDS/ nuts that usually bust off if if you've been in a rust-area and they haven't been removed for a long time. Take your time, lots of PB blaster (WD40 just doesn't cut it) and maybe a torch to get them to move without breaking off.

Mine were original and last year when I put the clutch in 2 broke off. :madflame: I had to remove the headers and put new studs in. (easier if the subframe and exhaust is all off!!) To get the old ones out I put the header in a vice, had someone hold a torch to it while I cranked on them with a pipewrench. Sheesh.

Shonutperformance.com has the sets from Ford. There are 2 studs and 2 nuts from each header to the y-pipe. Under $5 a pair I believe. But other places should have them, too.

Well after reviewing the work at hand, living in the NE, have come to the conclusion that the bolts are NE salt welded.
Thanks.
