I have a 91 SHO that needs the pipe right after the dual cats. I believe it is a resonator. It looks like a cherry bomb and has a very slight bend near the front most part of the car. Mine has a hole in it at the ****** that can not be repaired well enough to seal. BTW car is a manual.
