So this is the car I bought. No, it’s not a plus. The giveaway is the lack of chrome trim around the side windows. That was the hardest element to add if someone wanted to convert one to a plus.

I knew that when I bought this car, but it does have some of the plus elements. Ford was mixing and matching parts during 1991. The power bulge plastic hood and low profile spoiler are 2 plus features this car got. The slicers were painted when the car was repainted; the back sides are still a bit silver in places.

Yes. It has a happy new owner in New York now.
