Chester County. Let me know what you haveWhere in PA? How far is reasonable? Budget?

I have a 2013 with 165k it has a cracked cylinder head, is still drivable just doesn't hold pressure in the cooling system and has coolant smell after driving for a little asking 6500, it's a 600 Dollar part if you can fix your selfMust be able to be driven home & have clean title.
