I was wondering how big the stock mass air flow sensor is and a stock throttle body size. My friend was going to give me his which was from a 91 mustang, but i dont want it if it is the same size.

Stock mass air = 55MM
stock TB = 65MM

The only good replacement MAF and throttle body that I have heard of working good is a Cobra. I have a '93 mtx that had a mustang gt mass air flow and throttle body when I bought it. I was curious so I threw the stock one on and it ran much better. SHO mass air flow sensor is fine.

alittle more reaserch will show other wise....
some may have "good" luck with the cobr maf, only because the car is running leaner.... in a bad way...
The ONLY good MAF is a TUNED MAF.
