wire stuck in well

im changing the plugs and wires on a 3.2 never owned one before pain in my a$$ lol so i get to the last one... the one right under the egr valve the boot is stuck so i pull real hard and the rubber part of the boot pops off... now the plastic is stuck in there. Let me guess i have to pull the intake and valve covers? is it about the same as the 3.0 or harder anyone have any pics or anything??????:thankyou:

this is where a set of these come in handy:

A 3.2ATX is easier than a MTX as there is more room at the firewall as the motor sits farther foreward! I always pull the vac line, secondary controller & EGR-DPFE BEFORE pulling wires & plugs so you can remove them properly!

I had it happen to me except it was the one in the center. With a set of long ended needle nose pliers I was able to pull it out.

no need to pull the valve cover!!
just get creative & get that boot out.
