I remember reading about people just cleaning the MFS and it working OK.

I had the hazard lights stop working on my car a few years back. "Exercising" the switch about 30 or 40 times got them working again just fine.

Just FWIW.

Here's a couple of links to cleaning the MFS.

What I did is take it out. Then spray WD 40 all over it, using almost a whole can. Why spraying I would exercise all the functions then spray some more. Take the end cap off the wiper stalk. Remove all the small pieces and clean out the hard grease. Relube with some Vaseline or something similar.

ok heres the deal cleaned all contacts until it shined......nothing, i dont hear anything, no washer fluid no wipers, the directionals work great, so doesn't the high beams and hazards, all the fuses and relays are good, does this mean it is the wiper motor is bad?, and if so does the washer fluid and the wipers work off the same motor? i really need help fast since it has been raining and snowing and right now i am stuck. i really do appreciate all the help thanks guys

no disrespect but i have no idea what the schematics mean, sorry, but i have another question does the motor for the windsheild wipers also control the washer fluid?(are they the same), just curious in the fact that i was thinking if the wipers dont work would the fluid still work or at least try, i am really stuck here noone has a multiswitch where i can get it asap, as it is snowing and raining, but i did everything you guys suggested and i am still stuck, i cant figure it out:cry:

Washer has it's own pump in the washer fluid tank. And the wiper motor is attached under the drivers wiper arm.

So it looks like time for the MFS.
