Windshield wipers misbehaving

In my 2013, recently my wipers have been randomly wiping even though my wipers are turned off. I've always had rain-sensing and curtesy wipe off. I've toggled the rain-sensing on and off along with the curtesy wipe and nothing seems to change. What's up?

Good post and that does point to the steering column stalk.
