Windshield washer doesn't spray. What to do?

So my wipers work fine and cycle when I push the spray button. I can't hear any washer motor operating. Anyone else experienced this? Where should I begin?

Check to see if there is power at the motor first with a colt meter and someone to try and run the motor if there is replace the motor, if no voltage present start tracing wires back or trouble shoot the MFS.

Add washer fluid

Mine does the sam thing but makes noise just doesn't spray anything. Probably a clogged line.
