Sounds like something in the track rubbing on the glass.

i agree with what was posted above. you should take the cover off and that might help pinpoint it.

How do i pull the cover off without breaking those little plastic hangers. (thats whats holds the door panel on correct?)

yo man i dont know if its that easy to do. this explained to me what might be making the noise. hope this is some help.
