Will these 18's fit

I am looking to but some new rims, possible 18x7 or 17x7 depending on: will they fit? I am going to lower the car with eibach springs and tokico struts, will the 18's still fit or should i get the 17's? Also, what tire size and brand should I be looking at to get? shrug

No one will be able to help you without knowing the offset and bolt pattern you're looking at. The needed bolt pattern is 5x108mm(5x4.25) and the offset can be between 38-42mm I believe.

The biggest problem you might run into with the lowering springs is rubbing the lip of the rear fender. But with the correct offset and tire size you should be all right.

Whether it's 18x7 or 17x7, the wheel diameter will not matter. It's all in the wheel width, it's offset and bolt pattern. Generally speaking, an 8" wide wheel should have about 35mm+ offset. A 7.5" width should have 38-40mm offset. A 7" wide should have around 42mm.

Our bolt pattern is 5x108mm, also referred to as 5x4.25"

Someone on this forum will be running 19" wheels, so diameter doesn't really matter.

Everyone answered all his questions, i'll just re-state that wheel diameter has nothing to do with how they fit unless exaggerated to something like 22"+.

Why 7"?

If you want 18's defitnaly go with 8" wide and at least 40mm+ offset to keep the front wheels from sticking out past the fenders unless you like that look.
