One of my friends want to sell me his shoshop springs. He tells me that they will fit my 89 sho. He has a 95(the ride height on his car was perfect). I understand the shoshop is out of business and I don't know if they offered springs for the 1st generation or/and 2nd generation sho's or did the springs they offer were the same for both. He states that they are stock ride height. Does anyone on this forum ever had any expreience with these type of springs. I know that eibach offeres springs for our cars. They are same for 89-95 sho's. I have moog springs on mine and am not crazy about them. I had to cut them a bit to get the right height. Any feedback would be great.thanks

SHOShop linear springs are definetly not stock ride height. As far as I know, they should fit all years. But I'm not 100%

SHO Shop Linear will fit your 1989 SHO. It will drop the front 2.5" from stock the rear drops about 1.75". Be aware that the SHO Shop Linears Springs were all hand wound. The reason SHO Shop stopped offering them was because the vendor was not consistent in making the springs. I have one of the last ones made that I bought from Vadim in 1997. Also you should use Koni's or Tokico so you won't pogo down the road.
