I pulled the motor from the car. I didn't mess with the timing. I did repaint the intake while the motor was out. I also removed the A/C. A new clutch was also put in. Everything was put back together properly as far as I can tell. I go to start the car and there is no fuel pump prime, no spark and the CEL stays on (it's also dimmer then the other dash lights). Also the battery, anti-lock, and brake light stay on and never shut off. I do believe the tach moves while try starting the car. I have checked bolts that ground the intake, all the small grounds that screw to the firewall and the sides are grounding out. The DIS works. Through all my research I think I have a PCM grounding issue. I have a gut feeling I snaped a wire in the process.
Please help. Thanks, Adam

I suspect you're correct that you have a PCM grounding problem.

Test/replace that small black wire that runs from the battery negative terminal and ends up supplying the ground via the body, then the BK/LG wire though the small inline connector and finally ends up at the PCM pins 40 & 60, MAF sensor, and IRCM pin 15. (Circuit # 60).

If you don't have the schematic, time to download it from the "How do I..." forum.

Did you disconnect the main harness from the PCM and the main harness to interior connectors. If so I would suggest disconnecting them and checking for a bent/pushed in pin.

Yea it was disconnected. I have removed it and inspected it. Even put diaelectric grease on it.
