ok this happened the other day really wierd. started the car up and the courtesy lights stayed on... as well as the idiot lights for the turn signals and high beams. the hvac control system was getting no power at all. the turn signals werent flashing they just stayed on constant so the only brake lights i had was the third brake light. healights worked but the high beam light was oposite of what the headlights were so if the highbeams were on the blue light was not and vise versa. also the windshield wipers would not work. but this is were it gets really weird. if i turned on the interior lights with the wheel switch, the courtesy lights would turn off but the dome lights would come on.

it all ended when i went over a bump in the road. then everything was fine. but even on normal days the temp switch will rise by almost 3 letters on the word "normal" when you turn on the windshield wipers or when the engine fan kicks on. any help as to where to start would be greatly appreciated.
